Matt Schneider

Matt Schneider is a husband of over 18 years, father to an amazing 15-year-old son, an 8-figure Serial Entrepreneur, an International Socratic Business Coach, and Fractional COO to multiple 6 and 7-figure Practitioners.
It was in 2013 that he decided to channel his tenacity and fearlessness into entrepreneurship, and that’s when his meteoric rise began.
As the Executive Vice President and Co-Owner of Fit Pro Tracker, a fitness SaaS company, the founder and CEO of Memento Mori Capital, Ignition Year Coaching, The Lab Mastermind, Select Construction Idaho, Real Estate investor, and Keynote Speaker.
Before venturing into the business realm, Matt spent over a decade in law enforcement, serving as a SWAT Operator, US Marshals Fugitive Team TFO, and Undercover Narcotics Detective.
As a Socratic Business Coach for over six years, Matt works behind the scenes with providers and their teams in private practice, identifying methods to create greater impact, help more patients, become more efficient, and generate far bigger profits. Matt currently works with some of the top providers in their fields in multiple different countries.

Darrin comes from humble beginnings and worked his way to becoming one of the top motivational cross-functional leaders in the country. He started his career as a machine operator and worked his way up through management to become an executive.

Frequently Asked Questions
You work with some amazing providers. Do I have to be at their level?
Not at all. While I do work with some of the highest level providers in the world, I also have several clients just getting started.
How do I know if I'm a good fit?
We'll need to jump on a call to really explore it, however if you have BIG goals, are humble, and coachable, then chances are very high that you'd be a great fit and we'd make big moves together.
How does your coaching work?
As a entrepreneur of over 10 years with 5 thriving and profitable company's, a degree in psychology, and 5 years in Special Operations, the coaching is very unique and successful. There's no rubber stamp approach from one client to the next due to your goals and challenges being unique, requiring unique and specific coaching.
What's your track record?
I've been coaching other business owners for the past 6 years. This site offers just a snapshot of the testimonials and endorsements. That said, in the past six years, not a single client has ever not made far more than they ever paid for the coaching! We have a minimum 4X ROI and often times it's much greater than that.
Do you require lengthly contracts?
Nope! Not only will you not have to sign a lengthly contract, you don't have to sign a contract at all. The coaching always has a "Love it or leave it" Guarantee, meaning that if at any time you're not happy, you can end the coaching.
Do you require a upfront payment?
No. Unlike other coaches out there that require you to sign a contract or pay for the coaching upfront, I take a different approach. There's no contracts and payments are month-to-month.
